6th Inventory Bag Finally Makes it into LOTRO Store
For those of you (like me) expecting this bag to be in today’s update, it was and it wasn’t. It made it into a later on delivered Store Update as confirmed by Celestrata. Sure enough, I did check and it was available for me to purchase at the expected 995 Turbine Points.
Now the real question – do you really still want it or have you gotten by long enough without it that you’ll use your points on something else?

I am waiting on a 50% off sale before purchasing Rohan – last year they did one for Isengard on Black Friday. Will probably use the included 1000 TP for the bag. I’m not a fan of Turbine’s increased focus on larger, more expensive bundles, but I can only buy the products they offer under the terms they offer.

The first thing I noticed when I started playing again was the low number on global compared to the number when RoI launched.
And honestly if I did not have the points to get the expansion I would have passed, still feel I was sold and abysmal product with RoI and the pricing structure of RoR was/is a complete joke, I have absolutely no issue with spending money on games and I probably will buy the next one with real money again as RoR is a lot more entertaining but for now it is back to TSW

I agree with you, but honestly I do think RoR is actually a more solid and better product then RoI was. Sure the pricing is a bit out of line with others, but I’m actually happy with my use of TP, and if I had known then how much I’m enjoying it I might’ve thought about buying it with real money.
And I’m finding it hard to decide between the Epic Rohan story, TSW’s story and complexity, and of course my Football manager addiction
Although I imagine once I finish the main Rohan story I will probably taper off a bit as I’ll mainly only be doing dailies and war-bands.

Doc, you are right about the overflow storage. I have found myself hitting a vendor and then unloading all of my overflow for cash. Its like having many extra bags because it holds 50 items AND they stack. Also, I really would like to buy the Steed of the Captain if they ever come out with one and I know I’ll need 1995 TP to get it. I’m at like 1850 something right now with really nothing to spend it on.

Doc, coincedently I have about 1950 TP right now, and my Captain is level 85, so I see me grinding some low hanging deeds this weekend to pick up this horse. I am really liking the fact that they give you the cosmetics to equipt your War steed with the look as well. I have a level 75 Warden as well and I hope the Warden steed comes out soon, but I’ll be lacking the points. It will have to have spears sticking out everywhere!

I bought it. I find it amusing that it suddenly works, apparently without a fix by Turbine, once the Determine your Discount sale is over.
