LOTRO Update 7.1 Official Patch Notes
In the now normal fashion, Update 7.1 spent barely a week on Bullroarer before going live this morning. Servers are down until approximately 11AM Eastern time for this update. Official Patch Notes are also up but in all honesty I didn’t see anything different from what hit Bullroarer. It has me thinking that they’ve slid all their testing to the left and Bullroarer is purely a “lets make sure nothing goes boom” kinda thing.
One thing that was corrected in the comments is that the changes to the Instance loot are only for the Fornost cluster, and not all scalable instances 
If nothing else, at least many of the hobbits will get their weight back under control!

Personally I think there will be another update prior to Rohan, but that’s really pure speculation. I could see something in the July/August period that would be small but I’m leaning towards something story based (we haven’t had new story in a while) and possibly a new instance and/or skirmish.
However, if by some luck they push Rohan out earlier (like Isengard) as opposed to later (like Mirkwood) then Update 7 might be the last update we get prior to Rohan.
Have I successfully hedged my bets on this one?

Turbine says “Fall 2012″. I’m wondering if that means September-ish or late Fall like November. With another Summer fesitval on the way and a new Farmer Fair coming (new content, probably like the Treasure hunter event I’m guessing), if they shoot for a September release, then probably nothing else. If November, then I agree we need at least another Epic story-line book probably all Great Rivers area. I guess I am just wishing the teal ToO gear wasn’t gated behind doing the Raid, but that’s the nature of Raid gear. At least I know I can stay a year behind content and someday overpower it with a bunch of level 85s like we do with DN and OD today.

Do any of you think we will be getting any new content before Riders of Rohan this Fall (not counting festivals).
I have 5 75s, and the action in my kin has slowed down, with many already tired of Roots of Fangorn. I don’t see enough 75s in my logging in much anymore, so my chances of getting Tower of Orthanc Raid gear is getting slim.
