Kehleyr announced yesterday that the preview program previously known as Isengard will return to LOTRO as Palantir. Full instructions are in the thread for applying, but unfortunately for now it is only open to people with subscriptions on North American servers.  This currently excludes not only the EU folks, but F2P and premium accounts such that only VIPs are allowed at this time.  They do mention that their goal is to open it up to all folks but there are some technical issues preventing it at this time.

I will stress that this is before beta and as such you will be expected to do things Turbine wants you to do and fulfill certain requirements.  So I would only apply if you feel you can live up to these requirements, this is different from what many of you (including myself) experienced during the F2P beta where it was more of an extended trial and stress test.

Also, keep in mind that you are bound by an NDA if accepted to this program, so keep that in mind as well.  This means that even if you get in to the program, anything you learn you can’t tell anyone :)

But, if you want to help improve the game or want to get more input into the process I couldn’t stress higher that you apply for the program.
